This website (www.kyalncurrant.com) is operated by Kyal Neil Currant ("we", "us", "our"), based in Queensland, Australia. By using this website, booking an event, or engaging our coaching services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
We provide speaking coaching and personal development services, including 1-on-1 coaching programs (such as The Soulful Speaker and Be That Speaker), live events (such as The Premier Speaker Event and the Pre-Speaker Workshop), and free content including The To Be Podcast.
Our coaching, events, website content and podcast are provided for personal development and educational purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for treatment by a qualified health professional. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek support from a qualified practitioner or contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Event tickets are sold through Eventbrite and calls are booked through Calendly; your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. Prices for events and programs are displayed at the point of booking in Australian dollars. Coaching program fees and payment terms are confirmed with you directly before you commit.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for purpose, and be supplied within a reasonable time. Where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides.
You agree to provide accurate information when contacting or booking with us, to participate in coaching and events respectfully, and not to misuse this website (for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes). We may decline or discontinue services where behaviour is abusive or unsafe for us or other participants; where we do so other than for your breach, you will be refunded for services not delivered.
All content on this website and in our programs — including text, images, video, audio, workbooks and frameworks — is owned by or licensed to Kyal Neil Currant and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without our written permission. Testimonials are published with the permission of the people who gave them.
Live events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you attend an event and prefer not to appear in photos or recordings, let us know at the event and we will accommodate you.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service (or, where the law permits us to do so, to resupplying the service).
This site links to third-party services (including Eventbrite, Calendly, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or practices; use of those services is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date. Changes do not affect services already purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
